What payment methods does CaraCaru accept?
CaraCaru accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Shopify Payments as well as PayPal Express Checkout.
What does CaraCaru do with my personal information?
Payment Information: We do not have access to your credit card or financial institution account numbers. That information remains with Shopify Payments or PayPal. We only receive notification that your payment was processed.
Personal Information: CaraCaru will not sell, give, trade, or share your name, physical address, email, or order history with any person, business, group, or institution.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping charges are $5 regardless of the order size within the U.S and will be sent via USPS or UPS. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated based upon weight and distance shipped and will be shipped via UPS.
How can I track my order?
Once an order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. This email may end up in your "Spam" email folder.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition---unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Only full-price items are returnable. Items purchased with a promotional discount and "Last Chance to Love It" items are not returnable.
Each garment product page includes a size chart based upon body measurements and that size chart is specific to that particular garment. Please consult these size charts when selecting a size to lessen the disappointment and hassle associated with receiving the wrong size.
All exchanges must be for the same merchandise and may include sizing adjustments only. Due to demand, we cannot guarantee the availability of your desired item for exchange. There will be no price adjustments on exchanges. Each order is eligible for one free return shipping label for the purposes of making an exchange. Additional exchanges of the original order will be treated as returns and a $7.00 processing fee will apply.
Returns are offered for all products with the exception of "Last Chance to Love It" items. Refunds will only be applied to the original form of payment with original shipping charges deducted from the credit total. In addition, a processing fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping label.

How do I exchange/return and item?
1. Request an exchange or return: Fill out the form on the "Contact Us" page. Requests must include the following items in the "Message" field--a) Order number, b) whether an exchange or return is requested, and c) if you would like to make your return through UPS or USPS. If an exchange is requested, please indicate the size of the replacement.
2. Receive and print your return label: CaraCaru will process your request and email you a prepaid shipping label and tracking information.
3. Attach return label and ship item: Once you have printed your label, you will need to prepare your merchandise to ship back to our return facility. Please ensure item(s) are packaged securely. Proof of payment (e.g. packing slip) must be included in the package. If you are reusing the original package, you will need to cover the previous shipment label with the new return label. After all merchandise is packaged, sealed, and labeled, you may drop the return off to the carrier you requested previously (UPS or USPS).
Are coach or judge/referee/umpire discounts offered?
No. CaraCaru strives to offer quality products at competitive prices every day. We do not pad our prices so that we can offer discounts to select groups or continually offer pricing promotions. We believe that everyone should be treated equally, and that includes pricing. CaraCaru may occasionally offer items at temporary sale prices, but this is the exception, not the rule.
